At Go Hardware, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement tools and supplies. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal or contact our support team to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack the Hardware

  Securely place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all screws, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
